Born in and trained throughout France, Hubert Keller’s resume reads like a Zagat’s guide. You’ve probably heard of his San Francisco restaurant Fleur de Lys. He’s introduced a generation to contemporary French cooking with Mediterranean accents. With an impressive collection of awards, the culinary community has recognized Keller’s talents. He’s even whipped up a few dishes in the White House. And in his spare time, he wrote The Cuisine of Hubert Keller published by Ten Speed Press(he wrote another book too about Burger Bar that was just published). Depriving yourself of a bite of this man’s food is foolish, and now with two restaurants under one roof, entirely unnecessary.
