PINNACLE ENTERTAINMENT BRINGS BURGER BAR© RESTAURANT TO LUMIÈRE PLACE
World-Renowned Chef Hubert Keller to Open Second U.S. Location in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO., September 21, 2007 – Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) today announced that Burger Bar© is the first in a series of seven restaurants to be a part of Lumière Place, Pinnacle’s new casino, hotel and entertainment district in downtown St. Louis scheduled to open in late 2007.  Building on the tremendous success of the original Las Vegas location, Burger Bar’s second restaurant will help create a truly unique destination dining experience at Lumière Place.

Burger Bar offers gourmet burgers using the finest ingredients, including Ridgeland and Black Angus beef, lobster, lamb, turkey, salmon, sautéed foie gras, black truffles and cheeses.  The menu also includes the extravagant Rossini Burger, a $60 burger that pairs Kobe beef, foie gras, shaved truffles and a rich Madeira sauce.

“We are excited to bring the signature cuisine of Chef Hubert Keller to Lumière Place,” said Daniel R. Lee, Pinnacle Entertainment’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.  “Burger Bar is both affordable and gourmet, a combination that will appeal to all tastes.”

In addition to the Rossini Burger, the Burger Bar menu offers other unique creations such as the Buffalo Burger, Veggie Burger and Surf & Turf Burger, which pairs Black Angus beef with a grilled half lobster.  The taste trends don’t stop there.  Burger Bar also serves up a Sweet Burger, which pairs a warm doughnut, chocolate ganache, passion fruit, strawberry and mint.  The restaurant will also boast one of St. Louis’ largest selections of wine and beer.  Burger Bar will have 24 beers on draught, 30 bottled beers and 14 hard-to-find reserve beers from around the world.

“We are thrilled to bring our enormously successful Burger Bar brand from Las Vegas to St. Louis.  We believe the exciting menu will offer something new.  Our restaurant serves the traditional American favorite, the hamburger, with a French twist,” said Chef Hubert Keller, Burger Bar’s concept designer. “Our restaurant is an experience to be shared with everyone.”

Burger Bar will bring a unique dining experience in design as well as cuisine.  Larger than the original location in Las Vegas, Burger Bar St. Louis will feature a double bar, with one side facing the casino and other facing the restaurant.  Burger Bar also offers custom butcher shop and open kitchen visible to most customers.  It will offer traditional comforts combined with modern elements.  Rich, dark woods and thick moldings will create a comfortable and warm atmosphere.  Each booth will feature a flat-screen television where guests can catch a game, TV show or movie.  Each tuner will operate independently of the other televisions.  The bar features six 50” plasma screens and a leading-edge sound system.

About Lumière Place
The $495 million Lumière Place sits just north of the city’s famed Gateway Arch, and is also adjacent to
