SLeeK™ STEAKHOUSE AND ULTRA LOUNGE TO LIGHT UP LUMIÈRE PLACE
World-Renowned Chef Hubert Keller Doubles Down on St. Louis; Unveils Cutting-Edge Dining Experience

ST. LOUIS, MO., March 6, 2008 – Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) today announced that SLeeK, a steakhouse and ultra lounge, is now open at Lumière Place, Pinnacle’s $507 million casino, hotel and entertainment district in downtown St. Louis which opened in late 2007.

SLeeK is the second restaurant at Lumière Place for renowned celebrity chef Hubert Keller. He has also opened Burger Bar Saint Louis™, which features gourmet burgers using premium, imaginative ingredients. SLeeK builds on Chef Keller’s overwhelming success with Burger Bar™ and his signature Fleur de Lys restaurants in San Francisco and Las Vegas.

SLeeK offers premium Kobe beef steaks, lamb, veal and pork, plus signature chicken, seafood dishes including butter poached Maine lobster and slow roasted Alaskan king salmon. The diverse menu also pairs a variety of handmade signature sauces and sides to create a unique presentation.

“The addition of SLeeK gives Lumière Place another outstanding restaurant option for visitors,” said Pinnacle Entertainment Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Daniel R. Lee. “SLeeK’s menu offers something for everyone. When you pair Chef Keller’s architecture of food with the stylish design of the restaurant and ultra lounge, St. Louis has an instant culinary and entertainment hit.”

In addition to the steakhouse, SLeeK’s ultra lounge is the place to see and be seen. SLeeK offers a signature lounge menu that mixes food and cocktails. The SLeeK experience includes stealth flat panel televisions recessed behind mirrors above a liquor library at the bar. The option to turn the plasma screens on during sporting events will change the look and the feel of the lounge. There is also a DJ station where the top DJs from across the country will come to blend music and cocktails.

“SLeeK’s name reflects a cool, contemporary design without being intimidating,” said Chef Keller. “We have booths, semi-private areas with curtains plus four communal tables where guests can sit, dine and mingle with others. Our focus is on making sure guests are entertained and giving them the best food with the best ingredients. At SLeeK, tablecloths are replaced by custom butcher block tables. We’re taking the steakhouse to a new level.”

SLeeK also offers some of Chef Keller’s classic French desserts such as a traditional chocolate soufflé, lemon tart, Tahitian vanilla crème brulee and a milk chocolate cake with banana passion fruit sorbet. With its mix of sights and sounds, food and drink, SLeeK and Lumière Place team to become the new entertainment hot spot in St. Louis.
