Hubert Keller

Born in and trained throughout France, Hubert Keller’s resume reads like a Zagat’s guide. You’ve probably heard of his San Francisco restaurant Fleur de Lys. He’s introduced a generation to contemporary French cooking with Mediterranean accents. With an impressive collection of awards, the culinary community has recognized Keller’s talents. He’s even whipped up a few dishes in the White House. And in his spare time, he wrote The Cuisine of Hubert Keller published by Ten Speed Press.
