1. How do I change my Email Address online?

As a Club Eldorado member, you are able to update your account information online at any time. This includes your email address, phone number, and home/business address.

To do this, please follow the steps below.

  • Have you Account Number and PIN nearby and click here to login.
  • Once you’ve logged in, you can go to the "my account" page and update your information, including your email address.

If you are not yet a Club Eldorado member, you can sign up as an "Eldorado Insider" with your new email address online. If you don’t want to receive email at your old address, you can unsubscribe it by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is located on the bottom of any email promotion you receive.

6. Can I apply for a Credit Line prior to my arrival?

7. How can I find out about special promotional room rates?

Contact our Reservations Department at 800-879-8879, or access our website at under the 'Specials Offers' category. You may also sign up on our web site to receive exclusive specials via e-mail, or find us on Facebook or Twitter.


8. Can I purchase show tickets online?

Show tickets are available exclusively on our website at under the ‘Entertainment’ category. You may also contact the Eldorado Box Office at 800-879-8879 from 7:00am - 11:00pm daily.


9. Can you send me a brochure on the hotel?

Our hotel brochures do not contain specific pictures and descriptions of our guestrooms and amenities. We recommend obtaining information about the Eldorado on our website, where we offer a virtual tour with dozens of images. However, if after reviewing this site you would still like our hotel brochure, please e-mail us at Please be sure to include your name and mailing address.


10. Do you have high speed Internet access in your guestrooms?

12. Can I purchase gift cards for the Eldorado?

Eldorado Gift Cards are available in any amount ranging from $5 and up. To Purchase gift cards via the phone, please call 800-879-8879 between the hours of 7am and 11pm. To Purchase gift cards in person, please visit Expressions Gift Shop inside the Eldorado between 6am and Midnight.


13. What type of transportation is offered from the airport to the Eldorado?

The Eldorado offers continuous daily airport shuttle service from 4:30am to 12:15am. Upon your arrival at the Reno Tahoe International Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area and follow the signage directing you to the general airport shuttle area to board the Eldorado shuttle.

14. Does the Eldorado offer shuttle services to other hotels?

The Eldorado does not offer shuttle service to other hotels. However, there are taxis, as well as independent shuttle services that will provide this type of service for a fee.


15. Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?

Yes, all of our guestrooms feature hairdryers, as well as in-room safes and alarm clock radios.


16. Do you provide coffee makers in your guestrooms?

For the convenience of our guests, the Eldorado offers a coffee maker in every guestroom and suite, featuring a variety of choice coffees and teas. In addition, the Eldorado proudly features its own signature brand coffee, freshly roasted daily right at the Eldorado, and available 24-hour coffee service from Room Service and at Millies24. Our restaurants and casino bars also feature the Eldorado’s signature brand of coffee during their regular hours of operation. The Eldorado Coffee Company offers specialty coffees from 6am to 9pm seven days a week.


17. Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?

Yes, all of our guestrooms feature irons and ironing boards.


18. Do you provide alarm clocks?

Yes, and wake up service is also available through the hotel operator.


19. Do your rooms feature Cable TV?

Yes, the Eldorado offers CNBC, AMC, Weather Channel, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, FOX, Nickelodeon, TNT, TBS, Cartoon Channel, MSNBC, CNN, CNN - Headline News, ESPN, Eldorado Information Channel, KENO Channel and Casino Games Channel.


20. Do you provide cribs?

Yes, available at no additional cost.


21. Do you provide additional beds?

Yes, with a nominal charge per night.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with refrigerators.


24. Does your hotel provide laundry facilities?

Off-property dry cleaning service is available through the Bell Desk.

26. Does your hotel provide wheelchairs?

Yes, but we have a very limited availability and they are offered on a first come, first served basis. If a wheelchair is available, the Eldorado requires a driver's license or credit card to be left with the Bell Desk while the chair is in use. The driver's license or credit card will be returned when the chair is brought back. There is no charge for the use of wheelchairs. Advanced reservations are welcome through the Bell Desk.


27. How old do you have to be to check into the hotel?

Because the Eldorado is a gaming establishment; guests must be 21 to check into a hotel room.


28. Do you have childcare?

We do not provide childcare, but there are several licensed and bonded services listed in the phone book. Many advertise their services as available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.


29. What is your hotel’s cancellation policy?

We require 48-hour notice prior to your arrival date for a full refund.


30. Do you allow pets in the hotel?

No, with the exception of service animals.

Reno does have many friendly daycare and kennel facilities. Whether you drop your dog off for the day or a few nights, please note that you will have to provide the following to daycare/kennel of your choice - Proof of current Rabies & Parvo/Distemper ComboBordetella (required every 6 months).

Computer generated receipt/certificate from a licensed Veterinarian is required to show proof of the above. This is standard for all daycares and kennels in the Reno area.


31. Do you have workout facilities?

Yes, Our facility offers a high-end Climber Precor 100i, Elliptical, Stationary bikes and treadmills – each with individual LCD screens to view your favorite TV program and iPod docks to enjoy your best cardio-pumping music.  For a full-body workout, we offer a Universal Resistant Trainer.


32. Do you have a pool?

Yes, we proudly feature an outdoor seasonal heated pool and whirlpool spa on the outdoor sundeck, located on the fifth floor. The times are approximately 7am to 7 pm, dusk to dawn (later as the summer progresses). Eldorado resort guests can use these amenities for free. An adult must accompany children ages 18 and younger.


33. How do I reserve 10 or more rooms?

34. What is the average daytime temperature in Reno?

Winter: December - February, 40 degrees

Spring: March - May, 68 degrees

Summer: June - August, 86 degrees

Fall: September - November, 55 degrees

(All temperatures are given in Fahrenheit)


35. Does the Eldorado have a wedding chapel?

While we do not have an on-site wedding chapel, we can accommodate weddings and receptions in any of our convention areas. For more details, please call our catering department at 800-648-4597. Our Bell Desk personnel can also assist you with wedding chapel information.


36. Does the Eldorado have parking?

Yes, we have both self and valet covered parking garages.


37. Can the Eldorado guarantee special room requests (non smoking, bed type, etc)?

All special requests such as high or low floors, non-smoking rooms, or rooms near the elevator are assigned upon check-in based on availability. While requests are not guaranteed, please note that we do our best to accommodate all requests whenever possible. You may also call our Reservations Department at 800-879-8879 for any special requests.


38. What kinds of rooms are available for large parties or guests with children?

The Eldorado offers a variety of accommodations for guests who require more space. Rooms range from 250 square feet up to 1,500 square feet. Connecting or adjoining rooms can be requested, and up to four people can occupy one room.


39. When booking online, how can I be sure that I will have a room reservation?

When booking directly from the website, you will receive a confirmation code via email to the address you have supplied us with. You can also call our Reservations Department at 800-879-8879 to verify your reservations 1-2 hours after booking online.


40. Can't find your confirmation number?

Please check the email that was sent to you after making your reservation or call us at 800-879-8879 for assistance with your Reno vacation.


41. How Quickly will my refund be processed if I cancel?

In most cases, upon cancelling your reservation you will receive a refund of your deposit in 14 business days or sooner.


42. At what age do you charge for additional guests?

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. For any additional guests over the age of 18, a fee of $10 per person is charged up to a maximum of 4 persons per room or suite.


43. How many total guests can check into a room or suite?

The maximum occupancy for any one room or suite at Eldorado is four. Hotel room rates are based on single/double occupancy. The fee for each additional occupant (aged 18 years and older) is $10.00 per night plus tax.
