We are frequently sanitizing and cleaning all high-touch surfaces. The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces and high touch items.

Safety Plan

Creating an environment that is safe for our valued Guests and Team Members is a priority for our company. To that end, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive health and safety program across all of our properties. Designed to comply with applicable federal, state and local guidelines, our procedures focus on the Guest experience and Team Member interaction.

Our Team Members have received mandatory comprehensive initial and ongoing training on proper safety, social distancing, hand washing, cleaning, and disinfecting protocol, including proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We are working closely with public health officials and adhering to guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and the US Environmental Protection Agency to take our already stringent safety and cleaning standards to the highest level.

Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting procedures will be followed to the extent allowable according to local gaming regulations. Should a gaming regulator require a more detailed or specific process or require an alteration to these procedures, we will follow the gaming regulatory guidance in addition to these procedures.

Q: What are the hours of operation for the casino?

Casino hours of operation are *7 days a week, 24 hours

       *Wednesday closed 6am-8am 

Q: Will the hotel be open?

Both Four Seasons and Hotel Lumiere re-opened on June 8th.

Q: Will the restaurants/bars be open?

The Buffet and WOK will remain closed, however all other venues will be open.  Please check our website for updated hours of operation.

Q: Are there any new safety protocols in place?

Yes, we have enacted several new safety and cleanliness protocols per the requirements set forth by the Missouri Governor’s office, Missouri Gaming Control Board and the Centers for Disease Control.  Please visit www.caesars.com  or our property website at www.lumiereplace.com regarding our Health & Safety Plan.

Q: Are masks required at Lumiere Place?

Yes, to ensure the safety of our guests, a company-wide policy was implemented on July 2nd, requiring all team members, guests, vendors and suppliers to wear a mask while on property except while eating or drinking. 

Q: Will you supply a mask if I don’t have one?

Yes, complimentary masks will be provided to any guest that needs one. Simply stop by the security podium at the casino entrance at Lumiere Place and we’d be happy to supply you with one.

Q: Where are masks required?

Face masks are required everywhere on property with the exception of while eating or drinking. Also, where permitted, when guests are smoking masks are allowed to be pulled down. 

Q: My Trop Cash Dollars are set to expire. Is Lumiere Place extending their expiration date?

Yes we are extending the expiration date. Trop Cash Dollars and Comp Dollars will not expire until 13 months of inactivity or until September 1, 2020 at the earliest.

Q: Will you change the Tier Status earning requirements?

We are excited to announce that we will be extending your 2020 Tier Status and benefits through December 31, 2021, making Tier Status easier to earn and making sure your Trop Dollars and Comp Dollars don’t expire.

TROP Advantage Program Details:

 Tier Status is now easier for you to earn.

• Copper: Now 400 Tier Points (previously 500 Tier Points)

• Gold: Now 4,000 Tier Points (previously 5,000 Tier Points)

• Platinum: Now 20,000 Tier Points (previously 25,000 Tier Points)

Q: Is Four Seasons still open?

No. Four Seasons will be closed starting Wednesday March 24th and will reopen on Monday June 8th.

Q: Will the Poker Room be open?

The poker room will remain closed.

Q: Will table games be open?

Yes.  There will be a limited amount of table games available to play.

Q: Will Morton’s be open?

Yes Morton’s will be open.  Please check the website for updated hours.

Q: I did not receive mail. Do I still get promotions?

All offers will be loaded onto your card.  Please visit any kiosk machine to redeem.  Please be sure to check your e-mail or  log into your TropAdvantage App to see what offers you have available.
